Uspsa rules-grounding firearm 3 gun match
I was told that it was ok to use decocking lever on Sig to ground it, and make transition. Obviously gun was loaded, no external safety neither. According to the rules this would be dq? Corect?

So you are saying there is; "no gray area" in the rules. So if RO tellls you it's ok you should still follow the rules regardless, just to be safe?

I don't know what you are asking? If you are at a USPSA 3gun, follow the USPSA rules. If the RO tells you something that is incorrect according to the rules...well, that doesn't really mean anything.
